Terms of Service

  1. All purchases are final.
    1. No refunds are given except when deemed necessary by the KIG administration team, which will be mostly due to issues on our end.
    2. If you can no longer access the server (e.g. if you're banned) or if the server goes offline, you're not eligible for a refund either.
  2. If you attempt to file a chargeback request through the payment processor or your bank, you will be permanently banned from the network. In that case, contact support[at]playkig.com to get your access reinstated.
  3. We reserve the rights to apply changes to any items listed on our store. In that case, you won't be affected by the change if you already own the item. (For example, if a rank price were to be increased, you wouldn't have to pay anything, and vice versa: if a price is lowered you won't be refunded for it.)
  4. By purchasing an item from our store, you agree to the CraftingStore Terms of Service. Note that we don't receive your payment information: everything is handled securely by Stripe.
  5. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE.
